Battle cat treasure tips
You should clear empire of cat (eoc) as fast as possible as you will unlock treasure fest it look like this 
if want to know when or where a treasure fest is gonna happen u can check the event section which also be unlocked after clearing eoc chap 1 
and in the event u can at the bottom or top there will be a check that click and it will remind u when the treasure fest come out
